Yukti - Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Nagpur

Yukti is a national-level management case competition organized by Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Nagpur. It challenges students to solve real business problems, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. The competition spans three stages: an online Business IQ Challenge (20 MCQs in 20 minutes), a Strategy Lab (case study submission with a 4-5 slide PPT/PDF), and an offline Grand Finale (Analytics Arena) at SIBM Nagpur, involving case analysis with a dataset and a presentation. Opportunities for Pre-Placement Interviews (PPIs) for SIPs and Final Placements may be offered to eligible students by participating corporate partners. The competition emphasizes structured thinking, business understanding, and the ability to justify recommendations over technical expertise.
