HackathonThe first edition of SUPERNOVA is a 30-hour national hackathon organized by the UEMK Space Observatory, focusing on the intersection of space, science, and technology. It aims to bring together student innovators, developers, engineers, designers, researchers, and problem-solvers to collaborate on ideas inspired by space exploration and space-inspired technologies.
The event features an online preliminary round and an offline grand finale. Participants will engage in 30 hours of uninterrupted innovation, with opportunities for networking, receiving participant swag kits, and winning exciting prizes. The hackathon encourages open innovation, allowing participants to define their own problem statements within broad domains like Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Space Applications, Robotics, Satellite Technologies, Earth Observation, IoT, Aerospace Software, Sustainability & Climate Technologies, Astronomy, and Open Innovation.
