Microbial Alliance – A Crisis Response & Leadership Competition

Microbial Alliance is a national-level crisis-response and leadership competition organized by iGEM IITD on International Microorganism Day. Teams represent a microorganism and champion its cause against a global crisis through scientific storytelling, campaigning, and public speaking.

Each team is assigned a microorganism and a global crisis, and must submit a 3-4 minute video explaining their role. Top 10-15 teams proceed to a live 'election' round with a Final Leadership Address and campaign slogan, followed by public voting. Prizes include cash, e-certificates, and recognition for the top 3 teams.
