Kautilya Colloquy 2026: Policy Play - National Level Online Vlog Competition

The Policy Play is an online vlog competition hosted as part of Colloquy 2026, the annual event of Kautilya School of Public Policy. It aims to foster policy dialogue through storytelling, capturing lived experiences and ground-level realities. The competition is open to all, with individual and group submissions (up to 3 members) accepted. Vlogs should be 5 minutes long (max 6 minutes) in 16:9 MP4 format, exploring themes like economic policy, governance, geopolitics, technology's impact on governance, and sustainability.

Originality, ethical guidelines, and proper acknowledgment of sources are mandatory. AI usage is permitted up to 1 minute and must be declared. Judging is based on narrative strength and adherence to guidelines, not production quality. Awards include Critic's Choice (Best Storytelling, Best Field Reporting, Most Promising Policy Voice) with cash prizes and certificates, and Audience Choice awards with recognition on social media.
