Amazon ML Challenge 2026

The Amazon ML Challenge 2026 is a two-stage competition for engineering students across India to develop innovative solutions for a real-world problem using Amazon's dataset. The competition is open to full-time PhD, M.E., M.Tech, M.S., MS by Research, B.E., and B.Tech students graduating in 2027 or 2028. Teams must consist of 3-4 members.

Stage 0 involves joining the AWS Builder Center. Stage 1 is registration from September 7th to 20th. Stage 2 is a 72-hour hackathon from September 25th to 27th, where teams build and submit solutions. The top 10 teams from Stage 2 are invited to the Grand Finale on October 7th, 2026, to present their solutions to Amazon's Scientists virtually. Winners receive cash prizes, certificates, and goodies, with additional credits for participants and top-ranked teams. Top 50 teams are eligible for Pre-Placement Interviews for an Applied Scientist Intern role at Amazon.
