Airtel iCreate 2026 is Bharti Airtel’s innovation challenge aimed at empowering thinkers, disruptors, and problem-solvers. It invites participants to reimagine possibilities and tackle real-world challenges to bring game-changing ideas to life. The challenge is being held across 40+ leading campuses nationwide.

Finalists may have opportunities for pre-placement offers and interviews at Airtel, subject to student eligibility. The event features two tracks: a 1st Year B-School Track with prizes for winners (₹4,00,000) and runners-up (₹2,00,000), and a 2nd Year B-School Track with prizes for winners (₹5,00,000) and runners-up (₹3,00,000). Participants can showcase their talent, network with Airtel's leadership, and gain exposure.
